Insight Global is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for one of our clients in the medical device industry to sit fully remote for a 2-month contract, with possible extensions. This candidate will be responsible for transferring client orders/notes that were placed in SAP to Oracle, using Microsoft Word. They will need to ensure that all information is accurate and organized on the Word document before transferring to the new system, oracle. In addition, they will also be tasked with documenting and filling in an Excel spreadsheet with client orders/returns/contracts. This individual does need to have experience working with MS Word and Excel but does not need experience with Oracle or SAP, although that would be beneficial. On occasion, this team member will also talk to service providers via email or phone to record any shipping or product issues and record them accurately.
