An employer is seeking 2 remote contract Application Analysts. This person should have contact center experience--this could be taking calls, chats, emails, etc. This could also be in a support role as well (Training, QA, WFM, Supervisor, etc). The tools that we currently use are Emplifi, Five9, Alvaria, Verint and potentially NICE's CXone.
These headcount will be helping us to update our current documentation and create new documentation for new applications and support pieces. They will also be trained on some of the basic support that we do as well.
This is 3rd level support, interacting with agents/associates to help troubleshoot issues. The individual may have to reach out to vendors or get on calls with vendors and update documentation.
This is a very well oiled team and works well together. They are looking for individuals who are open minded because things are always "Kroger-ized."
