Summary:
* Serves as liaison between business, third party technical teams, and engineering teams to drive requirements and help prioritize requests.
* Helps guide the Corp IT technology capability roadmap development in collaboration with stakeholders throughout the company.
* Works with product owners to ensure accurate problem definition and prioritization.
* Leads the definition and creation of standardized processes to facilitate the requirements gathering process.
* Creates documents, workflows, process flows, and other artifacts for business analysts to capture, communicate and align business requirements. (mapping documents, context diagrams, process workflows, ERDs)
* Collaborates within the Scrum team to provide a clear understanding and context of the given business needs and project requirements.
* Experience writing acceptance criteria based on test scenarios and functional requirements
* Ability to understand complex data structures
* Experience with APIs to integrate source data to the target system using JSON or XML structures
* Ability to learn business processes and operations and apply technical solutions (copied from Lead BA job description)
* Shares relevant information published by organizations and individuals who are leading and influencing the practice of Business Analysis.
* Performs other duties as needed or required.
