* Manage and prioritize tickets related to IAM operations, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
* Execute user provisioning and de-provisioning processes, ensuring accurate and efficient management of user access across systems.
* Utilize Microsoft AD for user lifecycle management, including account creation, modification, and removal.
* Knowledge of identity management principles and best practices.
* Familiarity with Okta administration is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Previous experience in IAM roles or related fields is advantageous.
Pay Range: $45-$49/hr

- Bachelors Degree in Cyber Security or Computer Science
- Strong Active Directory experience, particularly for user lifecycle management.
- Ability with provisioning, deprovisioning, and terminating user accounts and access rights
- Strong communication!!!!!
- Local to Columbus and able to go onsite 5 days a week.
