Business Analyst

An employer in the Mason, OH area is seeking a Business Analyst for a contract role. This person will be working with change requests for the clients Member Digital applications including Member Web site, Provider Locator, Member Web Apps and Single Sign-On connections into Member Web. Their responsibilities will surround the SSO where they will perform the following tasks.

· Facilitating meetings with clients and/or other business team members to elicit requirements for our Single Sign-on implementation into Member Web

· Configuring the SSO requests

· Creation of test data

· Working with the requestors on testing and troubleshooting SSO configurations

· Migrating the SSO configuration to the Production Environment

· Performing production validation and troubleshooting

· Assisting in managing the queue of requests and reporting out progress to the business

4-5 years BA experience

2+ years QA experience - software testing life cycle activities, fundamentals of test architecture, test design principles for black-box, grey-box and white-box testing

SQL experience - ability to understand and write queries

Experience working directly with clients and high level stakeholders

Ability to work on site 2 days/ week in Mason

* Insurance or Health Care Industry experience

* Experience with industry standard tools such as Jira or AccelQ

* Experience with mobile and service-level testing
