An employer in the Dayton, OH area is seeking a TS/SCI Instructional Designer for a contract to hire opportunity. This individual will be working alongside the government customer to deliver creative solutions. This individual will be responsible but not limited to the following: will construct and interactive course that will teach critical tradecraft and solve some of the toughest challenges in the U.S Air Force for crafting affective training. Will work with subject matter experts to capture the training needs and recommend a learning solution. Will build this material with graphic artists following the ADDIE model. Communication will be key to meet with stakeholders and experts throughout the process to discuss and strategize a successful learning environment. Will analyze results using evaluation methods such as the Kirkpatrick Model and critique the training. Will be required to sit on site 5 days/week and have an active TS/SCI Security clearance.

2+ years of experience with creating high-quality, interactive, and effective learning solutions for classroom, web-based, or webinar delivery
1+ years of experience with instructional strategy, instruction, or design methodologies for adult learners
Experience with designing, developing, and delivering instruction to online training platform
Experience with creating learning models and instructional material, writing learning objectives, and designing delivery formats, including online courses, instructional manuals, and audio and video tutorials
Experience with researching new innovations in learning design and education
Experience with assessing the effectiveness of training and implementing all feedback
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
Experience with the intelligence community and open-source intelligence analysis
Knowledge of the U.S. Air Force
Ability to design, develop, and deliver online instruction
Bachelor's degree
