We're looking for an experienced High Volume Recruiter to support our People & Culture department. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill a high volume of open positions within the company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the company maintains an efficient and effective recruitment process while meeting hiring targets and objectives.

You're Excited About This Opportunity Because...
You will utilize various sourcing methods to attract a large pool of qualified candidates.
You will review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications and job specifications.
You will conduct initial phone and/or video screenings to assess candidates' fit for the position and company culture.
You will coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and timely recruitment process.
You will communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed of their application status and next steps.
You will maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
You will generate regular reports on recruitment metrics.

Required Skills & Experience

You have 3+ years experience as a recruiter, preferably in a high volume recruiting environment
You have healthcare experience
You can work Monday-Friday 8am-4pm CST or 9am-5pm EST
You have a strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
You are able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
You are proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

You have prior experience working at a startup company

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
