Job Description

· Participate in FMCSA audits

* Responsible for conducting all tasks associate with: Driver Qualifications and DOT regulations

*.Processing employment applications, DOT required documents, company policies, CSA, MVR

* Manage expiration list processes including driver's license and medical card renewals, annual MVRs and clearinghouse queries.

* Apply for permits and certifications (DOT#'s, IRP, IFTA) for the company.

* Maintain roadside inspections and citations including overweight, traffic violations, etc.

* Manage the Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure all recorded information is accurate and belongs to our company record.

* Calculate and file quarterly fuel taxes for the company timely.

* Conduct the renewal and MCS-150 filing for the company every other year.

* Coordinate the distribution of CDL truck permits, DVIRs

* Validate and process the billing for MVRs, DVIRs

* Conduct annual MCP renewals.

* Monitor and assist in enforcement of State DOT and FMCSA regulations to ensure compliance.

* Effectively evaluate, monitor, analyze and identify all driver compliance and non-compliance issues and resolve them in a timely manner.

Required Skills & Experience

· 3-5 years of experience with DOT (Department of Transportation) Compliance

· Knowledge of CDL/Commercial driver's license

· 3-5 years of experience with commercial vehicles

· Strong compliance knowledge base

· Experience with Microsoft Excel
