D2D: The Network Engineer will provide level 2-3 support to refresh existing/outdated switches in the US location. This resource will act as the main point of contact for all networking issues. Closet revamps, cabling and labeling efforts in the Columbus location and refreshing/replacing old or outdated wireless access points. Assist in the deployment and integration of a new global identity service engine (ISE) as part of efforts to improve overall network security. Assist in the installation and implementation of system software upgrades for network routers and switches in line with requests. Ivanti ticket management for switches port moves, adds, and changes across locations within the US. Assist with NG Firewall deployment at US sites to improve network segmentation and perform any other services in relation to network integrity and security for systems and operation.
