Day-To-Day: Insight Global is looking for 2 Electrical Power Dispatchers for one of our clients in Cleveland, OH. On a day to day this person will be providing oversight and control of the high voltage power systems. This candidate will need to be able to write and review detailed switching orders to isolate electrical equipment, so that work can be performed on it safely. They will also need to be able to maintain the Power Dispatch Log by recording all activities in substations, unit subs, and buildings, recording all lock-out/tag-out switching order activities. Record other pertinent information related to the electrical power system and following and implement applicable High- and Low- Voltage Operating Instructions. Additionally, this candidate will need to be able to maintain up-to-date High and Low voltage single line diagrams and properly file previous versions. Finally, they will need to provide system data, operations, etc. to engineers, system managers, construction managers, and other personnel as needed. An all star candidate will be willing to learn and have a go getter attitude.
