Job Description

An employer is seeking a Desktop Engineer in the downtown Cincinnati area. This person will maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, video-conferencing equipment, and network. This is a remote role supporting 25 offices across the United States. They will also document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems according to the firm's policies and procedures. This person should have deep experience with SCCM, Exchange, and Active Directory. They should have experience using SCCM for imaging, deploying software packages, and also building packages. In Active Directory they will need to do everything from set up Group Policy to troubleshooting issues including structure, GPOs, group membership, and scripting

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of Application Support Experience (troubleshooting, server patching, running tests, upgrades)

Legal background (working at a Law Firm or MSP supporting Law firms) Software includes: iManage, SoftPro, BEC (Baker Edward Charlie) or similar document management software experience

Phone Troubleshooting/Support experience

Solid interpersonal communication and professionalism - as they will be working with attorneys.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

ServiceNow or other ticketing software
