We are seeking a Data Analyst - OAC Specialist with business experience and proficiency in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) to join the Corporate Data and Analytics Team and provide critical insights across the enterprise. You will leverage your business acumen, analytical skills, and knowledge of OAC to identify trends, solve problems, and develop actionable recommendations to stakeholders that drive quantifiable business value.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver insightful dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud to various business functions.
* Adhere to, and assist with the continual evolution of, our teams data visualization best practices.
* Collaborate with other Corporate Data and Analytics team members and colleagues from IT to ensure both dashboard and data quality and integrity.
* Collaborate and engage with leaders and other analysts in the business to ensure we capitalize on opportunities and that delivered analytics products are activated and adopted.
* Gather ad hoc requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into actionable insights.
* Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, presenting data-driven insights clearly and concisely.
* Join and manipulate data from various sources to engineer ad hoc datasets for specific analyses.
* Utilize established analytical standards and techniques to analyze data effectively.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
* Comfortable being a challenging partner to help the business collaboratively find the best data and analytics solution.

* Prefer at least 5 years of experience in an analytical role.
* Experience in a manufacturing setting a plus.
* At least 3 years of experience developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud in adherence to best practice and standards.
* Excellent written, verbal, and data and analytics-related communication skills.
* Experience joining and manipulating data from various sources to create ad hoc engineered datasets.
* Intermediate proficiency in SQL.
* Proficient in applying established data visualization and data analysis standards and best practices.
* Self-starter, comfortable working together and as a collaborator on a small group or team.
* Willingness to develop a strong understanding of statistical and quantitative methods.
* Passion for continuous learning and development
* Experience managing direct reports a plus.
* Experience with leading larger projects and formal project management is a plus.
* Knowledge of Transformation tools and previous kaizen experiences a plus.
* Ability to work in the office/hybrid with some regularity is desired.
