Insight Global is looking for a Product Analyst to join an enterprise retail company hybrid out of Columbus, LA or Seattle. The Product Analyst, Inbound Logistics, will be supporting the Inbound Global Fulfillment team in moving product from factory to Distribution Center (DC). This person needs to have a thorough understanding of how an e-commerce or retail product moves through the different stages from the factory to the DC. Knowledge specifics could include but are not limited to: Logistics Service Providers (LSP), freight carriers, global ocean liners, global logistics, international shipping, courier services and/or transportation. This role requires a lot of cross-functional stakeholder collaboration, so this person should have great interpersonal skills. Standard product management fundamentals apply including: requirement gathering, writing user stories and epics, using Jira and Confluence etc.

* 3+ years in Product Management/Jr. Product Management or similar role
* Experience in Inbound Logistics (everything from the factory to the DC). Including but not limited to: Logistics Service Provider (LSP), freight carriers, global ocean liners, global logistics and/or international shipping, courier services and/or transportation
* A thorough understanding of how an e-commerce or retail product moves through the different stages from the factory to the DC
* Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
* Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Access experience
* Experience with SQL
* Strong communications and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Motivated, takes initiative, organized, social, go-getter
* Retail or apparel product experience
