A federal client is seeking remote Human Resources Coordinators to manage a high volume of onboarding efforts for the Human Resources department. The remote HR Coordinator will be responsible for initiating new hire paperwork, following up with candidates to ensure completion of background check items, liaise between candidates and internal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with federal requirements.
Associates degree.
Excellent customer services and communication skills.
Experience managing complex and high volume onboarding efforts concurrently.
Experience coordinating TB fingerprinting and CAN (Child Abuse and Neglect) checks.
Able to operate independently, contribute as a team member, and require minimum oversight/supervision.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Prior experience onboarding candidates with compliance to ORR standards.
