The Home Infusion Nursing Program Manager is a licensed professional with strong clinical expertise and the deep compassion and sensitivity it takes to build a one-on-one relationship to support patients receiving infusion therapy in the comfort of their homes while also balancing a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. The Home Infusion, Nursing Program Manager, will work collaboratively as part of the Home Infusion team with the health system and referral sources to coordinate home infusion services, provide training for patients and caregivers, and perform the functions of a Registered Nurse in the clinical and home care settings. This role will communicate routinely with staff members, patients, and caregivers, answering questions, gathering information, and discussing updates and care plans/ course recommendations with the physician and other care team members. The Home Infusion Registered Nursing Program Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing the Home Infusion Nursing Department. This position involves leading the process of obtaining Home Health Agency (HHA) licensure and accreditation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and building a team of skilled nursing professionals to deliver specialized, compassionate infusion-related home care services.

Current license to practice registered nursing in the State of Ohio
Experience in care coordination in a managed care environment and/or homecare or community agency
Project management or team leader experience
Capacity to build out a program and present to hospital leadership
Comfortable working in different environments such as hospitals, outpatient settings, offices, and patient homes
