A federal client is seeking remote Human Resources Assistants to perform administrative support to the Human Resources department. The remote HR Assistant will be responsible for maintaining department records relating to new hires, transfers, terminations, and other employee modifications. The HR Assistant will also prepare and manage onboarding requirements for new hires, coordinate onboarding efforts between multiple different parties, and assist with basic employee related questions.
