Job Description

The Program Manager provides leadership and has overall responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to Finance, Risk and Audit business units toward quality, regulatory and compliance related programs and projects.



Duties and Responsibilities:

· Own the governance and execution of programs and project.

· Works with business segment leader(s) and program/project sponsors to establish the project scope, deliverables, budget and schedule.

· Accountable for visibility and escalation of issues and risks related to schedule, scope, and budget.

· Communicates program status and ensures programs are completed on time and within budget.

· Connects project objectives to broader organizational strategy, goals and objectives.

· Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.

· Performs other duties as assigned.
