Insight Global is looking for a Tier 2 Support Specialist to sit in Cleveland. This support team is dedicated to tier 2 support of internal employees in the Ohio region. This team is looking for a motivated individual who is interested in working in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their technical career. Daily tasks will include interacting with individuals and using a ticketing system to quickly resolve their technical issues, end-user support, handling break fixes on printers, Wi-Fi & VPN troubleshooting. Potential traveling to Columbus and Delaware, OH.
