Job Description

Day to day:

Insight Global is seeking an entry-level electrical engineer to join a team in Hebron, OH. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical systems and components. The candidate will also be responsible for providing technical guidance to customer engineers in the application of design techniques and system procedures related to computer-aided engineering software. The consultant will be working for a multi-faceted construction company focusing on a large project implementing a recycling processing plant.

Job Responsibilities:

* Work from, and assist in the development of engineering drawings (schematic/layout/cad)

* Perform specific project design and development tasks, including drawings, calculations, cost estimates, and specifications

* Prepare final working drawings and specifications

* Design, test, and troubleshoot precision analog circuits, linear power conversion circuits, and DC/DC switching power converters through use of circuit analysis

* Maintain project workbooks, continuously update, and capture workbook evidence per milestone event

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in engineering field (electrical)



Also okay with associates or trade school as long as it relates to electrical design



Ability/experience reading Conduit Fill tables
