Job Description

The Asset Management Analyst role is responsible for the tracking of global IT Retail assets in coordination with IT and Business partners, and ensures that retail technology assets are, tracked, received, recovered, deployed, and retired in a controlled manner. This role also oversees the contract/warranty management of IT retail assets. The Asset Management Analyst oversees the adoption of disciplined reporting processes from Vendors and internal ANF partners, ensuring both production and backstock asset tracking accuracy for 750 stores in 20+ countries for both day-to-day support and project delivery. The Asset Management Analyst will work closely with IT Purchasing and Finance partners to ensure that the financial records and reporting align to ANF standards, maximizing the value of our IT investments.



Responsibilities:

- Track asset utilization and ensure assets not in use are recovered, inventoried, relocated, or disposed of in accordance with company policies and procedure.

- Develop processes, policies, standards, systems, and measurements to manage ANF's IT asset portfolio.

- Assist in budget planning and cost optimization related to IT assets.

- Generate reports on asset utilization, costs, and compliance.

- Coordinate with global vendors to track all assets received and moved into production or Depot environments.

- Manage IT Retail asset portfolio with respect to risk, cost control, governance, compliance, and project objectives.

- Maintain comprehensive records of asset updates, including location, warranty, maintenance schedules, etc.

Represent A&F in a professional manner by promoting company policies and procedures while approaching challenges in a positive manner

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of relevant asset management experience.

- Experience with ServiceNow IT Asset Management system.

- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong time management skills
