One of our customers in the manufacturing space is looking for a Business Process Architect to join their team to oversee the Purchasing and Supply Chain operations. In this role, this candidate is responsible for the definition, oversight, continuous improvement, and implementation of best practices within the department. This individual must be able to provide influence to motivate team members and other personnel, and to collaboratively provide tools and techniques to enable success in the accomplishment of business priorities. In addition, this candidate will also lead trainings to educate other team members on changes and new process.
* 2-5 years as a Solutions Architect or business process owner with the ability to see & present the big picture and offer solutions to make it better, whether they be processing or technical solutions.
* Experience creating technical documents, business flows, and process diagrams.
* Strong project management and change management skills.
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent prior experience is required.
