Job Description
An employer is seeking an Office 365 Administrator to deploy, manage, and maintain a Microsoft Office 365 environment within a US Sovereign, GCC High tenant. Office 365 administrator also provides end-user support, training, and collaboration with IT leadership to ensure operational security, maintenance, and governance. Adherence to regulatory requirements (including CMMC 2.0, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, etc.) is also required, including research, understanding, communication, and application of those requirements as they develop. The Admin will ensure the operational health of the Exchange and O365 environment including security, availability, performance, interoperability, and reliability and will oversee the administration and support of enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange infrastructure. Scope of project: the client has around 600 employees that have been split off into a new GCC High and while the migration portion is complete, there is still a large need for early lifecycle support and completing any other remaining tasks.
Required Skills & Experience
US person able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
5+ years exp of administering Enterprise O365, Exchange, Azure Active Directory environments
GCC High, GCCH, GCC, Azure Government or O365 Government experience
Familiarity with regulatory requirements including NIST SP 800-171, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).
Troubleshoot Azure Active Directory and related sync issues with on-premises Active Directory
