We are looking for a talented and motivated Liquid Packaging Engineer to join our Corporate Engineering Team. The Liquid Packaging Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing packaging projects for oil, coolant, or kits, following a front-end loaded project work process with multiple project phases. They will help optimize line performance through integration and automation of individual components or systems and increase flexibility of existing equipment and standardize equipment design, layouts, etc. where possible. They will conduct existing packaging line improvement initiatives and new line implementation projects. The Liquid Packaging Engineer will also serve as a subject matter expert for capital packaging projects and work with various groups within the organization, such as Corporate Purchasing, Plant Operations, Supply Chain Leadership, Quality, and vendors/installers of packaging components and equipment.

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in liquid packaging engineering or related field.
* Knowledge of packaging equipment design, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of packaging materials and their properties and performance.
* Knowledge of packaging industry standards and regulations.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Experience in project management and execution of capital projects.
