A community bank in Ohio is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join their team on a part-time, remote basis. The person will be vetted and provided the proper system access to interactively assist personnel with IT requests ranging from system access fixes, device set up and fixes, software fixes, computer set-up. peripheral integration, supporting MS Office, etc. (the typical items that frustrate team members in any business on the day to day). This is the type of person that may be ideal in regard to possibly optimizing their telework situation, working additional hours to add additional cash flow.
5+ years of experience doing IT support in a professional/enterprise setting
