Our client is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help lead their marketing initiatives in the medical visualization field. This role also encompasses social media management, digital marketing, and marketing automation strategies to drive growth.
Day to Day:
1. Marketing Strategy:
* Help develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
* Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the medical XR visualization landscape.
2. Product Messaging and Positioning
* Craft compelling narratives for Surgical Theater's products and services.
* Create marketing materials that effectively communicate the unique benefits to healthcare professionals, patients, and institutions.
* Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
3. Healthcare Expertise
* Utilize experience in medical and enabling technologies to understand the needs of healthcare customers.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and institutions to tailor marketing strategies to their specific requirements.
* Identify opportunities to expand Surgical Theater's footprint within the medical sector.
4. Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality
* Showcase expertise in augmented reality and virtual reality platforms.
* Educate the market on how Surgical Theater's technology can increase patient engagement, revolutionize surgical planning and visualization in the operating room
* Provide technical insights and support to marketing efforts.
5. Press Releases and Social Media
* Oversee the creation and distribution of press releases to highlight key milestones and achievements.
* Manage the company's social media presence, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
* Develop content that resonates with the target audience and encourages interaction.
6. Digital Marketing and Automation
* Lead digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive conversions.
* Utilize marketing automation tools to optimize lead nurturing and customer engagement.
* Analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.
7. Execution of trade shows and conferences
* Help lead the end-to-end planning process for trade shows from logistics to staffing.
* Implement lead capture system and follow-up processes.
* Maintain relationships with vendors and partners relevant to trade show participation.
