An employer in the Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a contract to possible hire opportunity. This person will be supporting internal medicine (18+) or family medicine (birth+) assisting the physician or NP, they will work with the same physician or NP consistently. The LPN will be responsible for patients for primary care related reasons, as well as for physicals, blood draws, vaccines, and acute care. This person will be assisting a physician or registered nurse in providing clinical care and/or supervising care delivered by medical assistants and collaborates with physicians and other health care team member in meeting patient/family needs. Most of this will include rooming patients for providers, drawing blood, administering vaccines and performing physicals. They will also implement the plan of care by providing direct basic nursing care in accordance with the LPN scope of practice set forth in the Nurse Practice Act.
Shift - Monday-Friday 8-5 with rotating Saturdays every 4-6 weeks 8:30am-12:30pm
1+ year experience as an LPN
