A restoration client in Cleveland, OH is looking to have a Field Supervisor join their team. This company is in a rebuild stage and looking to bring on competent and reliable workers to grow with their company. This Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing a crew of 2-3 Restoration Technicians and managing 1-5 projects at a time. They will report into the Project Manager and Operations Manager. This is a full-time direct hire role paid at an hourly rate that may require some on call work that is properly compensated.
