Insight Global is looking for fully remote Compliance Archiving Engineer for one of our largest financial clients to help implement and transition archived data from smarsh to global relay. They will be responsible for the following:
* Responsible for supporting, configuring, and maintaining compliance and supervisory systems and services.
* Assisting in the designing, building and deploying of the new enterprise-wide compliance solution.
* Help in supporting governance strategies for unstructured data sources in the cloud and on-premises.
* Define and create rules and policies based on templates and as needed custom sensitive information types.
* Act as a technical resource to help guide project teams as well as customers on important technological decisions while ensuring the smooth and top-quality delivery of projects.- understands backend
* Provide insight into the creation of detailed architecture analysis and design, and direction on development activities. Take technology and get a consensus to move forward with things
* Participate in design, planning, deployment, and test review cycles.
* Assist in POCs, presentations, collateral creation, etc.
* 5+ years of experience with Message, Archiving, and Compliance technologies (e.g., ProofPoint, Smarsh or competing archive , Global Relay, Purview)- must be familiar
* Knowledge of archive and compliance
* Experience with Office 365 tenant configuration and administration
* Experience in a highly regulated environment
* Thorough knowledge of AML, Risk, Compliance for large Global Banks
* Communicating and presenting complex technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form.
