ServiceNow Engineer

Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a remote ServiceNow Admin/Engineer for one of our largest clients in Cleveland, OH. Our client recently implemented ServiceNow into their environment and looking for a high level admin or engineer to come in and help with various projects and needs including support backlog of issues as well as new projects. They want this person to be ale to come in and be able to delegate, "what happens next", "where we should be spending time" and "how they can do it". This Engineer will be joining a team of 3 other ServiceNow team members, one who is an engineer, 1 analyst and 1 admin. The client is currently working with San Diego and transitioning from ITSM standard to Pro shortly as well as implementing 2 new asset management modules into ServiceNow which this administrator will help with. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a great understanding of scripting and be able to do scripting and coding work along with the day-to-day duties. Our client is looking for someone who can truly be a "doer" and hit the ground running.

Must-Haves:

* 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow Administration/ Engineering

* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field

* Experience with ITSM Professional module or familiarity with it

* Experience with ServiceNow San Diego, Tokyo, including "Next Experience" and Service Operations Workspace

* Intermediate scripting and coding experience, Java Script, HTML & Angular

Plusses:

* ITIL Certification

* ServiceNow certification

* ITSM Certification

* Scrum Master

* Any ServiceNow development experience
