An employer in the Mason, OH area is looking for a Customer Service Representative to specialize in provider recruiting. This person's daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Joining a project where a vision insurance company is taking over as the new provider for hundreds of accounts
Making outbound calls to these accounts to see if they would like to continue and join in using this vision insurance company as their new provider
Sending out email blasts
Facilitate signing and processing of provider contracts
Tracking contracts using Excel spreadsheets
3+ years professional call center/over the phone experience
2-3 years of experience within customer service for the health care industry specifically with providers (previous work experience should come from companies similar to Anthem or United Health or working for large Hospital)
Incredible phone presence and strong customer service skills
Strong knowledge of Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, etc)
Good written communication skills
Experience with making OUTBOUND calls
Strong critical thinking
