Insight Global is seeking a Tier III Service Desk Support Engineer to work for a large agricultural client in Lima, OH. This individual will be tasked with providing technical support to the Lima office as well as handle any incoming requests regarding assistance and troubleshooting fot PC's and tablets. Additionally, this individual will be setting up AV equipment and assisting with any issues that occur on the spot. This client is a Windows shop nationwide, so Windows OS experience is a must. Additionally, this individual will be setting up AV equipment and assisting with any issues that occur on the spot. - Bachelors or Associates Degree in an IT related field
- 3+ years of experience with Network Infrastructure (VMware, SCCM)
- The ability to provide hardware support with conference room equipment, computers, tablets, reinstalling drivers, soundcard issues, pc's, printers, etc.
- Expertise in Windows OS (Outlook, TMG, IIS and Windows servers)
- Experience administering cloud-based IT environments
