A Hospital System in the Cincinnati area is looking to hire a permanent employee to join their Solid Organ Transplant team. They are looking for a Registered Nurse that promotes and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process; collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members; providing physical and psychological support to patients, friends, and families. The RN utilizes knowledge derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate culturally based and age specific patient care. This position is in an outpatient setting and may have 30-40 interested donors per month. Using EPIC will be a daily part of this position where orders are put in and providers sign off on, as well as abstracting within EPIC.
Shift -- 8 hour days (8am-4:30pm) or 10 hour days (6:30am-5pm) we can adjust hours if needs be
No on-call
transplant experience, ICU background, or case management, ambulatory experience
