We're looking for a highly skilled Marketing Director to help our client promote their new independent living community in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding for helping seniors and their families deal with the challenges of aging. This person must be able to drive new initiatives to stakeholders, communicate with all departments of the Senior Living Community and interact with clients on a regular basis. This person must understand the art and science of marketing to seniors and their family and be able to organize every member of staff to play a role in the marketing effort of the community. The role also requires a deep understanding of the Cincinnati metropolitan area, as well as a drive to deliver solutions that make a difference.
Experience marketing Independent Living or Assisted Living
2+ years of experience in public relations, marketing outreach
Experience in developing relationships with vendors, community business leaders, and corporations
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
