A financial company in the Cincinnati, OH area is looking for a Hardware Asset Analyst for a long term contract role. This individual will be joining a team of 10 additional people to help assist and support end user hardware asset management organization. This role will assist and be responsible for a broad set of processes and tasks supporting our end user hardware asset management organization. The team is responsible for end to end lifecycle management of over 70K end user IT devices across the bank including computers, monitors, printers, and other IT accessories. This individual will be responsible for going through different request and approving/rejecting employee hardware requests based on defined business rules. This individual will need to sort through all of the rules to confirm if employees are eligible for certain types of equipment. In addition, this individual will be managing MiFi Jetpack Devices as well as monitoring them across the organization.
