An employer is seeking a Recruiter to support a large aerospace company. This individual will be joining the sourcing team and will be responsible for hiring talent within their Engineering organization. This will involve consulting with hiring managers to establish a sourcing strategy, assessing and delivering high profile talent. Additional responsibilities include:
-Responsible for the wing to wing standard recruitment process, including but not limited to, managing job posting and process compliancy, job launch, sourcing and screening of candidate's, candidate tracking and status updates to Business partners. Facilitating interview feedback sessions, conveying compensation expectations and offer extension.
-Being able to work across several HR Functions; to drive a successful offer and onboarding for Internal and External candidates.
-Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders to develop SME knowledge of their business and positions, helping to develop and manage talent pools/pipelines.
-Utilizing your expertise to advise and direct on best practice through the Talent process.
-Being proactive in creating innovative sourcing strategies utilizing various techniques to meet the hiring demand of the business.
-Challenging current processes and being able to highlight opportunities for process improvement to help drive our journey to lean.
-Coordinate recruiting process activities to ensure a positive candidate experience.
-Use market data to influence key stakeholders
-Actively initiate projects with energy, drive with an execution focus.
-3+ years of experience sourcing engineering talent
-End to End ownership of recruiting cycle
-Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates for technical engineering roles
-Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively
