An employer in the Cincinnati, OH area is looking for a Network Engineer for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This person will be on a team of around 10 other Network Engineers of various levels. This person's role will be to assist in the design, build, and implementation of network systems across the enterprise. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all LAN/WAN connections, associated software and communication links. This person will also troubleshoot network performance issues as well as analyze network traffic and provide capacity planning solutions. They also will provide second and third level support to the hospital employees. This position will require an on-call commitment about 5 times a year for a week per rotation.
- 3-10 years' experience as a Network Engineer in an enterprise environment
- Experience with Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure)
- Infloblox DNS
- Enterprise Data Center experience (Cisco Nexus)
- Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
