An employer is seeking a Business Process Analyst in the Cincinnati area. This role will be hybrid onsite and work from home. This person will come in and work with different business units to identify their as-is processes. Then this person will work with process owners to recreate those processes to make them more efficient (some of those improvements may include more advanced technology to make things more efficient). This person will work primarily with Accounting and IT department, HR, Marketing, Business Development. The firm has grown quickly over the past 10 years and they haven't scaled their business processes to function efficiently with the new size and footprint. They are now at over 750 lawyers, 30 offices, and 1500 users, so the goal is to scale processes to work more efficiently and be more automated as needed.
3-5+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst
No specific tools -- diagraming experience would be nice to have (ie: Visio or similar -- company will pay for any tools that this person needs)
Flexible and strong communicator (this person will be the sole BPA
Project management experience
