Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining our Salesforce platform to ensure its optimal performance and functionality. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing Salesforce to meet our business needs, supporting end-user requests, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
* Assist with the day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user management, data management, and security management.
* Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including creating custom fields, objects, workflows, and processes.
* Provide end-user support to ensure optimal usage and adoption of Salesforce.
* Ensure data integrity and accuracy in Salesforce by reviewing regular data quality checks and cleaning up data as needed.
* Perform quality assurance tests on new Salesforce enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
* Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201) is required.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
* Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce, including creating custom objects, fields, validation rules, user interface layouts, and flows.
* Experience working in Salesforce orgs with multiple integrations to other systems, including third-party applications and APIs.
* Experience being a part of an agile development team.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor's degree.
