Insight Global is looking to hire a Network Support Specialist for one of our largest clients in Cleveland, OH! As a Network Support Specialist, you will be receiving around 5-8 requests a day through ServiceNow to resolve requests. These tickets will consist of technical issues including network sites that are down, intrusions, circuits that are down, and poor network performance issues. You will be using monitoring and reporting solutions to manage network performance. You will also be responsible for generating systems change requests, test plans, and back out plans necessary to perform system changes and modifications.
