Insight Global' s client is looking for a candidate with extensive experience within Salesforce. This person will be working with clients to analyze current usage of Salesforce, provide strategy on how to better utilize and improving adoption of Salesforce. The candidate will serve as the in-house SME on Salesforce and will be a liaison between clients and technical teams. They will gather requirements from high-level management and provide solutions within Salesforce. The role will be 10-20% hands-on with implementations and requires excellent communication and the ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
* 8-10+ years of experience within Salesforce (internal SME)
o Implementation, CPQ, Contract Management
* Consulting experience -- gathering requirements from stakeholders, working with high-level executives, prefer consulting with mid-size businesses (~500M in Revenue)
* Salesforce Certifications
* Excellent communication skills and ability to be a liaison between business and technical teams
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and assignments
