Insight Global is looking for a MarTech Implementation Analyst to join a large fashion retail companies head quartered in Columbus, OH. They will be responsible for being the strong and knowledgeable liaison between several different teams including the technology, analytics and marketing divisions to ensure there is subject matter experience expertise in place with their tagging and personalization tools. This organization is in the middle of implementing these tools and creating synergy between different lines of business to optimize their entire customer basis. They will not be responsible creating the roadmaps, however they will help advise and manage the features, use cases and ensure expectations are being completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be very knowledge within a Marketing and Analytics team and be able to help drive this project to completion using the technical knowledge they have within these tools. This is an ongoing remote contract with the opportunity for conversion to permanent in the future.
· Technical experience with tag management (Tealium preferred)
· Technical experience with a personalization tool (Algonomy preferred)
· Ability to act as a strong functional liaison between the business and technology teams
· Knowledge of end to end marketing lifecycle
· Experience creating features and use cases
· Excellent analytical, solution engineering, and communication skills. Ability to translate feedback into actionable business recommendations and distill findings in a way that non-technical and non-marketing teammates will understand.
· Self-sufficient, detail oriented and ability to ramp up quickly within the team
Exceptional written, verbal, and in person presentation skills
