Insight Global is looking to add a Regional Director to a Property Management team that will be overseeing multi-state Midwest region properties including that in Ohio and Kansas City, and with a total of 15+ properties. They will have two direct reports that are area managers within the organization. This role will be sitting remote with up to 50% travel that varies, so this individual will need to be comfortable traveling during the week to various properties within their region. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the financial, operational, resident and community relations aspects of the region. This includes but isn't limited to managing asset preservation and improvement, identifying threats in the market and create strategies to increase leasing momentum, ensuring systems are being utilized correctly in compliance with company standards, and creating implementing and monitoring annual financial plans for company holdings. They will be responsible for delivering exemplary customer service in interacting with residents, owners, community members, vendors, housing authorities, and corporate employees.
10+ years of Property Management Leadership Experience
Experience overseeing multi-state properties
Affordable Housing Experience
Tax Credit (Section 8 / 42) experience
Comfortable with 50% travel
Experience with budget coordination and overall financial operations of properties
Familiar with Ohio markets to develop relationships with the State Agency
