Job Description

A Transportation employer in Cincinnati, Oh is looking for a Customer Support Analyst to join their rapidly growing team. This individual will be joining and supporting the Payroll Reporting and Data team. Daily responsibilities will include resolving between 20-50 tickets from internal employees via ticketing system, including but not limited to password resets, assisting managers with employee records, and employees with payroll issues. In addition, the candidate will need to have excellent communication and customer service abilities and be able to communicate and collaborate with other departments when needed.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years' experience customer service experience

- 2+ years' ADP or similar system experience (preferably with EV5)

- 2+ year' resolving internal daily and routine tickets

- proficient in excel and outlook

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Bachelors or associates degree

- Payroll and HR experience
