IT Epic Billing Analyst

Insight Global is looking for a Epic Billing Analyst to sit remotely (within Ohio) for one of our largest healthcare clients, based in the Cleveland, OH area.



This person will be supporting Epic Billing and 3M products (360 Encompass)



Daily Responsibilities:

1. Manage and work assigned requests for service that are changes/updates to the application from operations.

2. Work any assigned trouble or incident tickets that come from issues that arise

3. Work on larger project tasks as assigned

4. Perform regularly scheduled maintenance for specific application

5. Complete assigned tasks for Epic upgrades

6. Coordinate and perform all updates for 3M

* Epic (build) experience (not just testing)

* Experience within Revenue Cycle in a large healthcare system (Estimates, Contracts, hospital billing, professional billing, or claims, etc.) and a willingness to learn the 3M products

(candidates must have experience in at least 2 of the rev cycle aspects listed)

* Great communication skills and eagerness to learn

* Any EPIC certification in Epic HB (Hospital Billing), PB (Patient Billing), Estimates, or Contracts

* Experience with 3M products (specifically with 360 Encompass or ProFee)
