A large utilities client of Insight Global is looking for an Invoicing Processor to join their Telecom team and work on site 5 days a week. The work is required to be done in office with some flexibility down the line for occasional remote work once reliability and efficiency has been proven. There is a training period as well as extensive training material. The primary responsibility will be paying, processing, and scanning invoices utilizing a proprietary online portal. You need to be able to accurately input data and invoices in the database, process refund checks, and ensure records are up to date. Eventually, may be responsible for some auditing and closing out orders and disconnect requests. This position will convert to a full time employee with growth opportunities within the team and company. Once converted, responsibilities will gradually grow into a BA function.
* Proven accurate Data Entry or Previous Invoicing/Billing Experience
* Reliable Attendance with Excellent Communication (Must be timely and responsive to emails, phone calls, chats, etc. on a day to day basis)
* Can proficiently navigate Excel (No Formulas, V-Look Up, Etc.) (Would be helpful but not necessary, just basic Excel skills)
* Someone who is willing to work and eager to grow within company
