Job Description
The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for developing, designing, configuring, and enhancing custom apps or providing support to end-users. As a vital part of 84.51 computing platforms and an essential position in the industry, this is an exciting and challenging role.
* Build and support ServiceNow integrations to support business, engineering and automation needs
* Experience in pipeline automation, testing, deployment of ServiceNow components and customizations
* Custom development, configuration, and testing, including developing customizations in ServiceNow to meet project objectives and business needs
* Independently develops, modifies, and implements moderately to highly complex information systems that are thorough and accurate and conform to standards
* Independently researches and resolves more complex technical problems
* A top-level technical contributor in highly specialized phases of applications system architecture with strong technical (applications based) knowledge
* May serve as project manager or team lead on complex projects
* Based on customer requirements, formulates/defines system scope and objectives
* Researches, develops, codes, or modifies architecture components that are well designed, efficient and conform to architectural standards
* When assuming the project manager role, manages day-to-day project-related activities for projects of moderate to high complexity
* Work with multiple business owners to move forward development and enhancements around the core ITSM applications including Incident, Change and Request
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 10 years of total IT experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development of the ServiceNow platform
* Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Certified ServiceNow Developer (CSD) required.
* Experience with HR Service Delivery
* Experience with Identity Management tools
* ITIL foundation cert required.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* ServiceNow ITSM Implementer certification desired.
