On the 84.51° Marketing Analytics team, we support Kroger marketing to help improve the impact of their marketing efforts, including through targeting & measurement. We bring data science rigor and business acumen together to understand our customers and improve our channel and messaging effectiveness. Your primary stakeholders will be Kroger marketers who execute campaigns through our owned channels, such as email and direct mail. As a contractor with the Marketing Analytics team, you will be the targeting and measurement communication expert, translating the business strategy into customer first activations. You will be an expert in 84.51° targeting and measurement, including automated capabilities, as well as custom work to support test & learns.
Support the Kroger Marketing team to improve marketing program impact through more effective targeting. This role is responsible for driving campaign targeting though both proprietary 84.51° platforms and custom programming as well as measuring impact of marketing campaigns. Heavy data entry working with targeting and measuring reporting for custom campaigns.
This is JUNIOR LEVEL and will consist mainly of data entry and measurement reporting.
Team Size: 4
* 1-3 years proven ability of professional data development experience
* Full understanding of ETL concepts
* Exposure to Agile Principles (Scrum)
* Proficient with relational data modeling and/or data mesh principles
* Familiar with targeting & measurement capabilities
* Exposure to AlteryxNice to have: experience with customer and transaction data
* SQL experience is a bonus
