The Safety, Health & Environmental Specialist will serve as the point of contact for the Bessemer and Tech Divisions in regards to safety and environmental issues. Responsibilities include assisting facility employees at all levels in understanding areas, such as: safety regulations and standards; safety data analysis and trends; and facility safety program development.
* 5 years of experience working in a manufacturing facility; 2 years in a safety capacity
* Computer skills capable of effectively and accurately tracking, analyzing and storing data
* Demonstrated multi-tasking abilities in a fast paced environment
* Bachelor's degree required for junior level candidate (occupational health and safety)
* 3-5 years of manufacturing experience can be transferrable for mid-level candidate
