An employer is looking for a Software QA Engineer to join a growing System Validation team. The client is a Clinical Research Organization, and the Manual Software Tester will be responsible for planning and execution of software testing for one or more of these web-based applications. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Work closely with developers and end users throughout the software life cycle to ensure that applications meet the needs of the users
* Perform testing using a variety of test methodologies, including manual, exploratory, and automated testing
* Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and other documentation for projects
* Participate in constructive peer review of test cases
* Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies
* Review, analyze, and supplement requirement specifications, and ensure 100% test coverage
* Help facilitate execution of acceptance test scripts by end users
1+ years' experience writing and executing manual testing for software applications
Bachelors Degree in IT related field
