Job Description

Day-to-Day



* Maintain a strong knowledge of all company products.

* Reply to written inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

* Process all returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure.

* Maintain all records accurately and timely in all relevant related platforms.

* Work collaboratively with Team members to ensure high quality of Customer Care.

* Communicate with the Manager/Director regarding ideas for improvement in Customer Care systems and Standard Operating Procedures.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:

* 1-2 years of customer services experience. Preferably in a - Call Center environment (inbound/outbound calls)

* High School Diploma

* Must be flexible, able to adapt quickly and positively to change, able to handle a fast-paced growth company environment

* Must be customer focused, demonstrating professionalism in stressful situations.

* Candidates must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

* Expertise in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
